Vertente Humana, a recruitment and selection, temporary staffing, training, and outsourcing company, currently experiencing strong growth in its sector and specializing in comprehensive human resources management, is recruiting Italian Customer Support Advisors on behalf of a prestigious client.
Responsibilities:
- Make and receive phone calls to confirm and schedule the collection of logistics equipment rented by Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs);
- Provide information and respond to customer enquiries.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (fixed schedule) between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Location: Areeiro, Lisbon |
| Requisitos: |
- Native/Fluent in Italian (spoken and written);
- Excellent communication and verbal skills;
- Attention to detail and perseverance;
- Customer-oriented mindset;
- Basic computer literacy (user level). |
