Responsibilities: - Make and receive phone calls to confirm and schedule the collection of logistics equipment rented by Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs); - Provide information and respond to customer enquiries. Working Hours: Monday to Friday (fixed schedule) between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Location: Areeiro, Lisbon
Requisitos: - Native/Fluent in Italian (spoken and written); - Excellent communication and verbal skills; - Attention to detail and perseverance; - Customer-oriented mindset; - Basic computer literacy (user level).
