Your role: - Make and receive phone calls to confirm and schedule the collection of logistics equipment rented to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). - Provide information and clarify customer queries. Your Schedule: 07:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday On-site position
Requisitos:	What you need to succeed: - Fluent in Dutch; - Clear diction and strong verbal communication skills; - Accuracy and perseverance; - Customer-oriented mindset; - Basic computer skills (user level).
