Reservation Agent (m/f) – Slovenian - Lisboa

Your role will involve handling customer contacts via phone and other channels in an efficient manner, responding to individual reservation requests and information inquiries, managing and inputting reservations into the system, and contributing to the increase of sales and related services/products. Location: Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon. Schedule: Rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Requisitos:	- Fluency in English (mandatory requirement); - Availability to work rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM; - Good diction and verbal communication skills; - Attention to detail and perseverance; - Customer-oriented mindset; - Must meet the legal requirements to work in Portugal (valid residence permit, NIF, NISS, etc.).
