Your Role?
As a Booking Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by managing reservations and providing accurate information about services and products.
Location: Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon, Portugal
Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00

What We're Looking For?
- Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory);
- Strong communication and customer service skills;
- Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools;
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable;
- Team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment;
- Availability to work rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00;
- Valid documentation to work in Portugal (Residence Permit, Tax Number, Social Security Number, etc.).
